Refusal to Process an Order

LifeYantra reserves the right to remove products from the Website or refuse to process any order under exceptional circumstances, even after an Order Confirmation has been issued.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe communicated during checkout or in your Shipping Confirmation.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, floods, wars, or other force majeure events.

If a delay occurs, we will notify you and provide the option to continue with a revised delivery schedule or cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery is deemed complete once you or your authorized representative takes physical possession of the goods.

LifeYantra bears the cost of delivery and return shipping where applicable.

Inability to Deliver

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery remains unsuccessful due to reasons not attributable to LifeYantra, the order may be cancelled.

Refunds, excluding applicable delivery charges, will be processed within 10–15 days following cancellation.

Transmission of Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers only after full payment, including any applicable delivery charges, has been received.

Price and Payment

Product prices displayed on the Website include applicable GST, duties, and cesses unless otherwise stated.

If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already received an Order Confirmation.

Payments may be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay, Net Banking, UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery (where available).

Payment details are encrypted to minimize unauthorized access. Except for Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

By clicking "Authorize Payment", you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you.

Invoice

An invoice will be provided along with the products at the time of delivery.

If you wish to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) for GST, you must provide your GST Number while placing the order. The invoice will be generated accordingly.

Once an invoice has been generated and delivered, it cannot be revised. Customers are therefore advised to carefully verify all billing details before placing an order.

Buying Goods as a Guest

You may purchase products as a guest without creating an account.

Only the information necessary to process your order will be collected. After completing your purchase, you may choose to register for an account or continue as a guest user.

Taxes

All purchases made through this Website are subject to applicable taxes under Indian law, including but not limited to Goods and Services Tax (GST), duties, cesses, and other statutory levies.
