Shipping Charges

All orders are typically processed, shipped, and delivered within 5 business days, subject to product availability and serviceable locations.

We also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for eligible orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Medimages Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. has established itself as a trusted provider of radiology medical imaging print solutions, healthcare imaging, diagnostic equipment, and e-commerce products.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number.

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours after dispatch, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Delivery Coverage

  • Orders destined for urban locations across India are delivered through leading courier partners.
  • Orders for remote or rural locations may be shipped through local courier services or India Speed Post and may require additional delivery time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is received in a damaged condition or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support immediately so that we can assist you with the resolution process.

Please retain all original packaging materials and the damaged product, if applicable, until your claim has been reviewed and processed.
